Hopefully that will be the first step in him getting the vital experience he needs before one day getting the United job.

There's little doubt in my mind that he'll be back in one form or another.

Good luck to him.

i won't assume he is coming back as we have thought that about others before, but I really hope he does become a top manager and then we snap hm up.

Thanks for 14 years loyal service Ole, you are a shining light.

In an interview with the Scandinavian fan club's magazine, Tom Cleverley said this about an episode with Solskjaer: "In a derby match against City, he told me that if I got behind their defense line, and came 1 on 1 with the keeper Kasper Schmeichel, I should aim straight at his legs. I was played through in that game, but instead of doing what he had said, I aimed at one of the corners. He saved the shot, "said Cleverley.

- After the match, Ole said: "You listen to me next time, right?"

"When I saw the video from the match, I saw that Schmeichel had spread his legs to save the ball. Ole had studied him. It's one of the reasons he was one of the best finishers in the world," said the 21-year-old.

I think it's only fair that this not go un-noticed also here on the board

Legend! :)

Solskjaer took charge of Molde in January and nine months later guided them to the title for the first time since the club was formed 100 years ago.

There's a nice dressing-room celebration at http://www.moldefk.no/ front page. Just hit play.

Yeah he's done well, read about it on the BBC earlier this morning:

The record he had with our reserves and now this, he's definitely making the kind of progress that will hopefully see him one day take the seat in the Old Trafford dugout.
