Home against Spurs or Reading I can hear the cards being debited as we speak due to the joys of the compusalry purchase scheme.

I cant see any of the top 4 going out at this stage.

ha another prem team in the draw.

oh well we seem to get the results against these teams. and its at home.

see spawny liverpool get another 'tough' draw.

Yep, the Glazer's will be loving that one... not only a home draw but will also more than likely be a TV broadcast game especially if Tottenham get through.

Good point, although our cup draws tend to have been higher profile than Burnley, Luton or QPR in recent times anyway ;)

It is quite incredible that we average around one non-Prem team a season in the cup. Apart from Exeter, Burton, Millwall and Northampton I am struggling to think of any since Fulham who were top of the tier below at the time.

Think I remember Portsmouth as well back from 2002/2003 when they were not in the Premiership yet at the time, we won 4-1 with Becks scoring an amazing freekick..

Though it's true, was just going through FA Cup fixtures in recent years, and besides the one odd match a year, it's always Premiership sides we've faced.
